A crontab runs on the clock of the machine it is installed on, which is UTC on most servers, and midnight there may be the middle of your afternoon. The next-run list above uses your browser timezone; the job will use the server timezone unless you set CRON_TZ, which means 0 0 * * * in a Kyiv crontab is 21:00 UTC in summer.
